Washroom Dispensers Reduce Refilling & Maintenance Time
Background
A refit of k-One toilet paper and soap dispenser systems at Glen Hills Primary School in Leicester significantly reduces refilling and maintenance time.
Challenge
The school had been using different dispensers throughout the site and were looking at usage, waste, refilling and maintenance. Most of the existing units were lockable and somewhat awkward to replenish, meaning only certain members of staff could carry out the refills. When these keyholders were unavailable, units could remain empty for too long.
Solution
The k-One toilet tissue dispensers have an unlocked or ‘none-key’ lockable option and a very simple but unique opening and refilling process. Once demonstrated, this process can be quickly and easily carried out by any member of staff, whether the dispensers are locked or unlocked. The fully encased design and unique opening also means they are much less prone to misuse by the users.

"Since installing the k-One washroom dispensers we are spending less time refilling because it’s a much simpler process to swap and change the rolls and soap cartridges. If myself or a member of the cleaning team are unavailable, the office staff are able to replace the toilet rolls themselves and the dispensers no longer need to stand empty.
